By preventing cancer, the number of new cases of cancer in a group or population is lowered. Hopefully, this will lower the number of deaths caused by cancer.

We all know someone that has been diagnosed with cancer. For me, it was first my aunt and then my neighbor. When a loved one or friend is diagnosed with cancer they need and depend on their close circle for support and encouragement. The first couple weeks will be the hardest: why did it happen to me? Can I beat this? What will my quality of life be? are some of the many questions that will be raised.

Cancer Caused By Work
It’s been reported that cancer can be caused by unsafe and unclean work sites. Asbestos, a building material widely used in the late 1800s, can cause cancer once it’s been inhaled. Factory workers are also at a higher risk for lung cancer due to the mixture of chemicals that could be inhaled. If you, or someone you care about, has been diagnosed with lung cancer we suggest talking with a lawyer as the cancer could have been caused by unsafe working conditions.
Diet can play an important role in cancer prevention. Health Bits N Tips made a post on Cancer and Pepper and had this to say:
